The Review Mediator provides online review dispute and mediation services designed to help businesses identify, analyze, and address online reviews that may violate platform policies or require conflict resolution.

Our platform facilitates communication between businesses, consumers, and review platforms such as Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, or the Better Business Bureau for the purpose of resolving disputes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use The Review Mediator’s Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Google OAuth and Connected Platforms

If you connect your Google or other platform accounts through our Services:

• You grant The Review Mediator permission to access only the data necessary to perform authorized review and dispute actions.

• The Review Mediator complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Userequirements.

• You can disconnect platform access at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse our Services for unlawful purposes or to submit fraudulent information.

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• Use our Services to harass, defame, or intimidate others.

6. Dispute Review and Mediation Process

The Review Mediator assists in evaluating reviews for potential policy violations and facilitates neutral outreach to help resolve issues between businesses and consumers.
While The Review Mediator strives to achieve fair outcomes, we cannot guarantee the removal or modification of any review, as final decisions rest with the hosting platform.

7. Fees and Payments

If you subscribe to or purchase any paid service, you agree to pay the associated fees as stated in your agreement or plan.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized processors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and platform are owned or licensed by The Review Mediator.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To maintain a simple month-to-month relationship, The Review Mediator’s liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three (3) months, excluding willful misconduct or fraud.
The Review Mediator is not responsible for losses or damages arising from the decisions of external review platforms or third parties.

10. Termination

The Review Mediator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

The Review Mediator may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
